Hi Guys
Not sure if this is the right section:lol
Any you 'shooters' breed your own Pheasants and in particular do any of you use an incubator?
If so can you tell me what the RH% should be from day 1 to day 21 (pipping) and what it should be from day 21 onwards?
The reason I ask is, that there seems to be a variation of settings depending on who you ask or what you read:lol
Cheers
Malcolm

Malcolm; Try dropping Patrick Pinker a note, mate. What that man doesn't know about pheasent incubation could be written on the back of a pin head.

Started off 'aquiring' a pair of live pheasents, as a youth. Now owns one of the biggest Game Farm businesses in uk. Largely built on his own, self taught, expertise around designing and building incubators

They'll know.

Sorry for the late acknowledgement of your post HawkNorth - but I've been engrossed in trying to chase up the info and haven't been on this forum for a while. I got a contact from a guy on a stand at Moira on Saturday and hopefully I'm now on the right lines. Will let you all know the results of the next hatch (fingers crossed).
Cheers
M
