Arrived yesterday, or the day before. I'm so wrapped up in other matters right now I only just got to read as far as chapter one tonight. What A F*cking Book This Looks Like!!!

This guy, Robert Bucknell, Really looks to know his shit and has a quite pleasing way of putting it down too, eh? I can't wait to get time to read some more

Anyone else read this one? No 'spoilers', please. I don't want to read it with the weight of waiting for some critisized point to come up.

Just asking what ye thought, over all

I met Robert Bucknell a few times when i was in the gun trade that is one very interesting man to talk to, not just about foxes but deer, rabbiting etc etc especially over a pint. The book is a great read and a mine of information dont listen to the detractors who say the book is outdated, ok the equipment might have changed but the fox has'nt.
Enjoy!!!!!!!

Finished it about a week ago, lads. My lasting impression ~ as I pass out here, due to availability of alchahol and lack of visible key board characters ~ is that he needs to bring out an Enlarged and Expanded version!

I'd say more, but I'm genuinely *Guessing* what buttin makes which character here.

I'd buy him several pints, just to hear his views

Iano; I've heard and seen a lot of references to his bits on YT. Unfortunately, with my connection, I can't view jack shit on there. Great pity as it'd be good to see and hear the guy.

Makes one almost wonder why he hasn't produced a DVD. But then I s'pose, like the others, he hasn't any way of protecting so much work from rip off merchant s. Pirate copies would hit the Bay inside a week.
