Good god, Diggist! You got a sheet bender there, or what?! I mean, how else did ye get those smooth angles? That looks Very close to what a 'factory' turns out!

And work? Damn right it will. That design's been working for decades now, who ever made them. Get the dimensions and steel guage right and ye can make mink sized ones too.

If ye fancy trying out a mink cage, let me know. I'll direct ye to the exact specifications, which I have from the old MAFF blue prints. Exactly the same trap. Just heavier guage wire and probably a bit bigger.

Price of steel mesh and the time involved? Even with a steel bender I can't see ye making ye fortune on the Bay with them. Certainly not in competition with the chink shit mugs will buy. But ye'll soon have a very satifying stock of traps for ye own use, eh?

Great bit of work, mate!
Sean

very nice work there

this is going to be bigger at 25"long, 12"wide, and 10" high, im also going to try and use some thin ply on the base of this one, then brush with mitre bond glue and use sand, just to see if it helps or not, ill get some pics of this one on as soon as im done
