new memberHi listeners, i'm a new member from donegal and also found the site from thl.
I have a young beddlington bitch and a two year old jrt.
Been having a little problem breaking the beddlington to my hens, shes been picking them off one by one. only have two left and there afraid to come out of the hen house. I was getting 5 lovely eggs a day now im getting feck all, very angry. Tried everything, even a zapper collar, only problem with that was that she started smoking... seriously though this is becoming a huge problem because im getting cross with her alot and its making her timid which i dont want. My wife found her over the latest victim and gave her the hard end of the broom...
any good training methods for stock breaking appreciated...
anyway heres a video of my beddlington in her retrieving training which she is good at. Her name is liáth, (as in grey). My jrt is named jack bán (white jack) ill put up video of him flushing a pheasant later.
