As mentioned under a thread in the hunting section there is a vote on the independent.ie main page on whether stag hunting should be banned.
I just voted and currently it stands at 73% in favour of banning stag hunting.
I'm not telling anyone how they should vote but I think this is something that needed to be highlighted as a thread in it's own right.
