Very sorry about your dog. I will be alert. keep your eyes open localy though as young bucks get ideas this time of year when the hunting season begins, don't lose hope. And every one else; MICROCHIP your dog, even if you don't log it on national etc database, it is proof of ownership in a dispute. I can provide a good value source of chips and scanners. If needed, pm me.

Chipping does'nt prove ownership. Tattooing does. Tattoo the inside of your dogs ear.

If I went the tattoo route, I'd put it inside the thigh, like they did with 'Pit Bulls' in uk. People will cut a Dogs ear off and it can still work.

Fancy tattooing Pit Bulls; Don't they look hard enough as it is?
