there's always something

Went out Saturday with the .22, and couldnt hit shite with it.

Had a zero session before I headed for home, found it 4 " low and 4" right.

We've a lot of rabbits here, so thinning them out a bit is well worth it to keep on the right side of the landowners who are good enough to give us permission.

I know it's mean, but last year it gave me great pleasure to watch the bunnies eat an entire half acre owned by a man who never gives permission. Sometimes it takes its time, but the wheel does turn for everyone.

What's mean about it, mate? If he decides to keep people from shooting the rabbits for him, he damn well does something about them himself or else pays the consequences!

Personally, I'd take as much pleasure just watching them eat that huge semi circle out from his hedges as I would bothering to 'poach' them!

Ah well, I'm all for getting on with my fellow man, never intentionally enjoy other peoples misfortune.....
